PR.in.5.days

A friend told me yesterday that someone she knows got his/her PR in 5 days. FIVE days!! Outrageous, but true. And he/she did it all herself without a lawyer. Considering B has been waiting for his PR for more than 8 months, hearing this evoked one word in my head --> down right UNFAIR! At the end of the day, we are totally at DIMIA's mercy.
